We offer comprehensive support services for clients in all PCV rounds, helping you achieve top performance and enjoy every moment on the race track. Whether you're a seasoned racer or just starting out, our team of expert automotive professionals are dedicated to providing you with top-notch support throughout the entire race. Book our services now and take your car to the next level. Our services this year are summarised into two categories: Basic: For those after track support at rounds but do not require any wheel or tyre prep and transportation. Full: For those after support but also require wheels and tyres prepped pre-round, transported to and from events and cleaned post event.

Cancellation Policy

Fitzgerald Racing Services Track Day Support Services Cancellation Policy At Fitzgerald Racing Services, we are committed to providing exceptional track day support services to our clients. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the nature of our services and the preparation involved, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Notification Period: Clients wishing to cancel their booking must inform us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking date. This allows us to manage our resources and schedule efficiently. 2. Cancellation Charges: More than 48 hours notice: If a client cancels their booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled date, they will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule their booking, subject to availability. Less than 48 hours notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date are non-refundable. We allocate significant resources and time in preparation for each track day, and short-notice cancellations do not allow us to reallocate these resources effectively. 3. Rescheduling: Clients who wish to reschedule their booking rather than cancel it must inform us more than 48 hours before the booking date. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date. 4. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that sometimes exceptional circumstances beyond your control may lead to a cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your specific situation. We will review these cases individually and may offer a partial refund or reschedule at our discretion. 5. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled track day without prior notification will be treated as a 'no-show.' No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. 6. Event Cancellation by Fitzgerald Racing Services: In the rare event that we must cancel a track day due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, safety concerns), we will notify clients at the earliest opportunity and offer a full refund or rescheduling options. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. Our aim is to provide the best possible experience to all our clients, and this policy helps us maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
